Diligent study, “growth” practice the original heart 

In 1999, only 19 years old Zhou Yongsheng graduated from the vocational school, left his hometown to go out to work. Due to the low level of education and culture, the salary was very low, and also from abroad, often not well received. In 2001, Zhou Yongsheng moved from Chengdu to Ningbo and entered a factory in Beilun District of Ningbo as a general operator. During this period, Zhou Yongsheng never forgot his goal. During the process, he sweated and thought of giving up, but his love for his profession prompted him to be firm in his confidence. In the end, under the unremitting efforts, he obtained a senior electrician's license, and his position has changed from general laborer to maintenance electrician, which requires a certain degree of professional ability. Talking about the feelings of the first Junhe, Zhou Yongsheng said with a smile: “Junhe is a good learning environment, the company will carry out occasional training of professional knowledge within the company, to provide a good learning platform for employees.” Under the infection of this learning atmosphere, Zhou Yongsheng in order to improve professional knowledge, completed three years of “Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation” specialized in continuing education, and then continued to specialize in bachelor's degree in July 2023 to obtain the bachelor's degree in this specialty, and until now he still maintains the habit of regular learning. With his willingness to learn and research attitude, Zhou Yongsheng was promoted to equipment supervisor in 2013, responsible for managing all kinds of production equipment and instruments in the company.
