On April 25, the unveiling ceremony of Junhe Enterprise University with the theme of "Pushing Ningbo and He He" and the opening ceremony of the 2025 class were grandly held in Junhe Industrial Park. Government leaders, college mentors, partners, corporate lecturers and Junhe employees gathered together to witness this milestone moment. The activity takes strategic launch, integration of industry and education, and inheritance of torch as the main line, draws a new blueprint for Junhe's talents to strengthen the enterprise, and opens a new chapter in the coordinated development of industry and education.

01 Standing in the future with wisdom

At 10 a.m., the event kicked off with a warm guest sign-in. In his speech, Zhang Ahua, chairman of Junhe Co., Ltd., recalled the 30-year struggle of the company to be rooted in Ningbo, and emphasized that "the establishment of Junhe Enterprise University is a key step in responding to national strategies and feeding back industrial innovation."

With the red silk unveiled, the golden plaque of "Junhe Enterprise University" was officially unveiled, and the audience applauded thunderously, marking the sailing of this "university without walls".

02 Join hands with universities to cultivate ecology

During the signing process, Zhang Junbo, general manager of Junhe Co., Ltd., signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with representatives of five cooperative universities. In the future, they will jointly build platforms such as intelligent manufacturing laboratories and digital training bases to promote in-depth docking of "production, education, research and application". In his speech, representatives of the cooperative school highly praised Junhe's open pattern: "The establishment of the enterprise university provides practical fertile ground for the transformation of scientific research results of universities, and is a two-way journey between the education chain and the industrial chain."

Subsequently, the event held a grand appointment ceremony for honorary principals, principals and mentors. Mr. Ying Min, former president of Zhejiang Wanli College and director of the school’s strategic committee, was hired as honorary principal. He hopes that Junda will become a bond to inherit the spirit of craftsmanship and an engine to inspire creativity in the future.

Song Tiejun, CEO of Junhe Co., Ltd., was hired as the first principal. He said that relying on the group's international experience, he will create the school-running characteristics of "practical, professional and ecological". The appointment letter was also issued to 16 internal and external tutors on the spot, covering technical experts, university professors and senior Junhe executives, to build a diversified faculty matrix.

As the highlight of the ceremony, 15 newcomers in the workplace in the 2025 class "Flight Starting" and 12 core backbones of the "Escort" solemnly swore to enroll. Representatives of the "Escort" trainees shared: "From financial assistant to manager, I have grown up with the company. Today, the enterprise university has opened the door to lifelong learning for us, which is the best tribute to those who strive." The dialogue between new and old employees on the same stage interprets Junhe's cultural core of "inheritance without conservatism, innovation without forgetting its roots."

At the end of the event, General Manager Zhang Junbo delivered a closing speech, summarizing the significance of the celebration with "gratitude, inheritance, and progress" and looking forward to the future: Junhe Enterprise University will focus on talent incubation, technology breakthrough, and ecological co-construction to create an open and shared industrial empowerment platform. Afterwards, the guests visited the corporate university and immersively felt the integrated ecology of "teaching-practice-innovation".
