In the late spring of 2024, the Pump Circle team embarked on a remarkable journey to the vibrant land of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China, to visit the Ningbo Junhe Intelligent Science and Technology Park, a modern industrial oasis rising from the green hills and green water. We had an in-depth conversation with Mr. Zhang Junbo, General Manager of Junhe Pumps Co., Ltd. and uncovered the story behind this leading company that has been in the household pump market for many years. The networked monitoring of the whole production line ensures the transparency and high efficiency of the production process, and the production efficiency has been increased by more than 50% compared with the traditional mode, which demonstrates the powerful efficacy of intelligent manufacturing. The quality and performance of the products are guaranteed by a series of tests during the production process, including 100% safety testing, performance testing, IPX4/IPX8 testing, durability testing, and chemical substance testing according to the requirements of the European Union's REACH and ROHS environmental protection standards.

In order to cope with these challenges, Junhe has made strategic adjustments in three aspects:
